Novatel Wireless Merlin™ ExpressCard/34 Information

• ExpressCard/34 devices are compatible with both 34 mm and 54 mm card slots. Laptops may have either size.
• ExpressCard/34 devices may be used in PCMCIA (PC Card) slot using a Novatel Wireless PCMCIA adapter.

Wireless Technology

• Novatel Wireless manufactures datacards for CDMA and W-CDMA mobile broadband networks.
• CDMA products are primarily used in North America. CDMA networks may deploy a number of technologies that are commonly are referred to as EVDO Rev A, EVDO Rev 0 and 1xRTT.
• W-CDMA products are used globally. W-CDMA networks may support various technologies commonly referred to as HSPA, HSUPA, HSDPA and UMTS.
